Explain Everything - Similar to Educreations but with more features (not a free app).

Skitch - Start with a photo or document and draw over it!

Morpholio Trace - Start with a photo, draw over it, then fade the photo away to leave the drawings. (great for math)

Prezi - The zooming presentation.

Haiku Deck - A stylish PowerPoint-like app.

Photoshop Express - Nice app to quickly edit photos.
